REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Communicate with clients to understand their needs & wants
– Advise clients on interior/exterior design factors
– Develop 3D renderings to convey design intent
– Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
– Experience working with Buildertrend a plus

-Basic knowledge and use of handtools
-Working knowledge of carpentry and construction
-Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
-Must have valid CA Drivers License with a clean record
-Must have own vehicle and primary toolset
